Qurban Project 2026
Emaan Foundation Cambodia (EFC) executed the Qurban Project 2026 during the Eid al-Adha period, emphasizing sacrifice, compassion, and sharing with those in need. The initiative focused on distributing meat to vulnerable populations across Cambodia.
The foundation distributed 18 cows and 12 goats to beneficiary families. Approximately 650 families in multiple locations received meat portions ranging from 0.8 to 1 kg of pure meat per household, with additional bone allocations. Distribution sites included Emaan International School, Koh Kong, Phnom Penh, Kampong Thom, and Prek Pra.
The program prioritised vulnerable populations including widows, orphans, elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, and low-income households. Implementation involved organised slaughtering, hygienic meat handling, and systematic distribution with community support. Livestock sourcing emphasised local procurement to benefit regional farmers.
May Allah accept the Qurban of all donors and reward them abundantly.
