Clean Water and Sanitation Project 2025

Emaan Foundation Cambodia, in partnership with Emaan Catalyst Community, executed the Clean Water & Sanitation Project 2025 to expand access to safe drinking water and sanitation infrastructure for disadvantaged rural communities in Cambodia. The initiative operated with a budget of USD 18,235.71.

The project delivered 15 electric water pumps to households, benefiting 15 families comprising 64 individuals who gained reliable access to clean water. Additionally, construction of 5 household toilets served 5 families (20 individuals), enhancing sanitation, privacy, and personal dignity.

The implementation addressed water collection challenges and improved health outcomes for vulnerable populations. Recipients conveyed gratitude, noting that improved water access and sanitation facilities enhanced their quality of life and personal security.

The project demonstrates how philanthropic contributions can meaningfully improve community welfare and living standards.
